Beaverton Florists NOT recommended - Poor Quality and Poor Service. Warning: This shop provides very bad service and low quality flowers. Go to bigger and better florists. Beavertonflorists has many complaints and they will not help to resolve them. They will also refuse to refund money when they send bad quality flowers. Beware of Beaverton Florist. We do not recommend them as they do not pass the standards of quality and do not pass service satisfactory levels.

This morning I went on browsing for a floral delivery to my in-law. I found the prices are raised. I then called my co-worker who 's in charge of the company's public relation. she told me she is now using another florist which is smaller but can always maintain quality and good price. She told me her bad experience with Beaverton Florist the other day and suggest me to try that.

I was looking to order some flowers for a co-worker and his wife for their new baby boy. Their web-site was the easiest to navigate and I enjoyed the fact that they were creative. I ordered the red wagon with flowers in it. I liked that I could place my order on-line without having to speak with anyone (seeing as how I just needed a simple arrangement). Once they received my order they sent me an email confiming the receipt of it. Another email came a little later communicating the process and when I could expect delivery. After the delivery was made I received an email informing me that everything was complete. The next day I heard from my co-worker who said he loved the flowers. Good job Beaverton Florists!

suburb_princess and alibear are 100% WRONG!!!! They were amazing with my wedding flowers and were very helpful! What Sub princess doesnt realize is that with the volume of business they do there, there are bound to be a few problems, which HAS happened to me as well. The flowers they sent were not as beautiful as they usually are but they redelivered an absolutely BEAUTIFUL arrangement at no extra charge! Their customer service is outstanding and I recommend that EVERYONE use them for any occassion!!!!!!!!!! A+++++++++++++++

I went to a couple of other places while searching for my wedding flowers, and every other place wanted more detail than just color. when I went to Beaverton florist, I sat down with Kathy and told her the colors I wanted and that I didn't want roses or lilies, to think outside of the box and she did what I feel the expert on flowers should do, recommended flowers based on my description of the setting and the color criteria was. the result was flowers that are beautiful and match the county setting type wedding I'm having. While professional, they are the 'wildflower' type of thing I was looking for. Also, I went in to get a sample and when I called for them, I didn't get quoted a price and when I got there to pick them up, they had a price I couldn't pay, since we are on a budget to save for the wedding and I didn't have my check book or my debit card (cause of the budget). They worked with me. They didn't have to, I was willing to take pictures and show my fiance from pictures, but they worked with me. I was so embarrassed not to have the money to pay for them, but the ladies were so nice and understanding. Words can not express my gratitude. That's why they are amazing, EVERYONE should get their flowers there. Plus the shop smells so good and is beautifully arranged and has a ton of beautiful things other than flowers. Thank you so much!
